I would like to offer you a free detail anytime you are free to make up for the problem in some manner. We want our customers to have a good experience and purchase a vehicle they are proud of, whether it's a brand new 2018 or 90's vehicle. Everyone should have the vehicle cleaned. We sometimes show customers vehicles that are "fresh trades" that may have not been cleaned yet, which could have occured in this situation.
