Customers, and their vehicles, come first I go to Steve Landers Toyota to service my vehicles because I do not trust Toyota of Fayetteville Service, even though I bought my truck from Fayettev I go to Steve Landers Toyota to service my vehicles because I do not trust Toyota of Fayetteville Service, even though I bought my truck from Fayetteville. Fayetteville Service (not sales) is slow, and they are either lazy or dishonest. Landers has always treated me well, and found my problems rather than not finding them or ignoring them. They even went out of their way after I tried to arrive for an appointment at a time that would let their shuttle get me to work on time, but the shuttle was not available, and the service manager took me in his personal vehicle. Customers and vehicle service come first, and I have never felt like they are trying to take me for one. It does help being mechanically minded, but I do not feel like they would do that in the first place. And their prices are very in line with other shops, sometimes cheaper. I'd rather pay a little more when I know I and my truck will be treated correctly. More

I had a brand new tire on one wheel (less than 100 miles) and 3 other tires that have about 9,000 miles on them. According to your rating, it is time to consider replacing all 4 tires! I am a little confused about that. In addition, you said the same thing about my brakes and since I questioned your suggestion about the tires, I am wondering if you also misrepresented my brakes. This is the first time I have had any issues with your service. I am supposed to take the car back and the service manager is going to redo the review on both and let me know what he thinks. More

After returning to LR uncovered by Landers Ford, Rear window washer damaged and internally taped, 2 damaged alloy rims and cover missing on 2nd row cup holder and rear latch handle. Estimate to repair $800.00. No mention at sale of either of these needed repairs. More
