Seth caught not one, but THREE recalls pertinent to the car. Due to time constraints I hesitated to have all three services performed. Seth encouraged me to accept a loaner vehicle, stressing to me the importance of all three services. He also teased me that once I drove the loaner (2018 Toyota H-CR) I'd want to keep it. He was right. LOL. When the services were finished I received a detailed overview and diagnostic print out of our car's present mechanical condition. The service was fantastic, and I must recommend the Landers Team to anyone searching for fast, quality work. More

Quick and easy My wife found the van she was interested in and went to look at it. She liked the looks of it so we went up late Saturday afternoon. I had family at My wife found the van she was interested in and went to look at it. She liked the looks of it so we went up late Saturday afternoon. I had family at the house for a cookout and we were able to agree on a deal but I did not have time to finish the transaction. They were able to let us take the van home until Monday. We were able to communicate while I was at work through text message and I was able to fill out my loan application online. Once there Monday to finish the transaction it was quick and easy. Esteban was very friendly with myself, my wife, and my 2 year old. They offered snacks for my daughter while we were finishing up the paperwork. We worked with Rex when doing our loan he was not pushy but did ask important questions to help navigate through the final processes of the financing. We went ahead at added the Toyota Care package on our van with his assistance so now we have nothing to worry about on our van for 125,000 miles. Overall I was happy that it was a quick and easy exchange. They were respectful and up front when dicussing the value of our trade and in the end we settled on a fair offer for both sides. More
