Oil Change/Tire Rotation primarily I took my vehicle in for the scheduled maintenance. When I met with Drew Parker I mentioned a squeaking noise in the front as well as a metal noise wh I took my vehicle in for the scheduled maintenance. When I met with Drew Parker I mentioned a squeaking noise in the front as well as a metal noise when braking. He said they would look at it but it would be $120+- diagnostic for them to look at it. That was different than the past but I said okay and did not discuss any more as my ride was waiting. Here are my issues: 1. You kept my vehicle all day (8 am- 4 pm) to do the maitenance and check the things I mentioned. Apparently Drew called earlier during the day about the things BUT did NOT leave a message. At about 3;30 when I was getting ready to call and check on it because my only ride was available back to my vehicle, I find out that nothing had been done in the way of repairing the brakes because I had not called to give them permission. I HAD NO MESSAGE THAT THEY WERE WAITING ON ME UNTIL AROUND 3:25 pm. I SEEN A MESSAGE WHEN I GOT READY TO CALL HIM AND CHECK ON IT. HE HAD JUST LEFT THE MESSAGE JUST BEFORE I DECIDED TO CALL AND CHECK. THE LAST THING I TOLD HIM THAT MORNING WAS I NEEDED EVERYTHING FIXED BECAUSE I WAS GETTING READY TO PUT ABOUT 2000 MILES ON IT. Drew admitted he probably should have left a message earlier when he had called............ 2. He mentioned that the one of the things causing the noise in the front might be a serpentine belt. And they suggested changing it might help. I told him that your service center put a new belt on it not long ago. He could not find it in the system. He suggested to me 3 times that I probably had it done somewhere else. I insisted I would find it in my paperwork at home- it was done right there by you all on 9/19/16, I have the receipt for $459.90. New serpentine belt and new brakes. 3. Regarding the braking noise, per the report they adjusted the backing plat away form the rotor on the brakes. My brakes still squeak whenever I use them. That was $99.18 I assume of the $120. When I got home I checked my paperwork from the last maitenance 5000 miles ago. It said brakes were wearing and would need replaced soon....... So, to sum this up- I left my vehicle all day and ended up with an oil change and tire rotate. I paid $120 extra +- to be told they can try a serpentine belt that you all just so happened to have replaced exactly 2 years ago. I drive 10k-15K miles a year so it should not have an issue. AND, the brake issue would have been part of the maintenance anyway. AND, it was suggested last time that they would need replaced. Maybe it's expected that I look at my prior paperwork before I even bring my vehicle in to know what needs done next, but I have never had this before. I have been pleased usually with my service and have recommended you to others. All of my service has been done there and I have followed all the recommendations. But this time felt different. I feel like I had a sub par experience with Drew and that I paid the extra money for nothing. He and I obviously did not connect very well. Now I am very busy and am trying to decide if I need to get my brakes fixed or not. I still don't know since they are still squeaking. Final issue: I called yesterday for Andy Gates and left him a message at 8:30 am. Have still not heard back from him. More

More
