Bad lug nuts Just moved to NW Arkansas from the N Houston area and needed my tires rotated. The Landers Service rep found that the lug nuts on my vehicle were too Just moved to NW Arkansas from the N Houston area and needed my tires rotated. The Landers Service rep found that the lug nuts on my vehicle were too worn to safely remove. My previous service dealer apparently had worn sockets. Instead of taking them off they consulted me prior to removing them. My previous service provider was contacted and graciously provided all new lug nuts because I have always had my vehicles serviced at the dealerships. Hurray for Toyota service providers. More

My only complaint was that when I returned that afternoon to fill out the paperwork there were about 10 men who work there standing around talking. Not one of them acknowledged us, spoke to us, or asked to help. I just stood there. It was obvious I needed help. Finally Alex came walking in from outside. My Experience My car was starting with problems. I took it in for diagnostics thinking it couldn't be the battery because it wasn't that old. I thought it might b My car was starting with problems. I took it in for diagnostics thinking it couldn't be the battery because it wasn't that old. I thought it might be the starter or alternator. The battery was the first thing checked. It was bad. The battery was replaced for no charge (the car is still under warranty) and I was good to go. The person speaking with me was pleasant and knowledgeable. It was a very good experience. More
