Not personable and felt like all were dishonest I was given pricing on my vehicle that was higher then advertised. My apr percentage changed even though I was told that it didn’t. It was a blame game the whole time but the bottom line is that it’s the same dealership so it doesn’t matter to the customer “who” does what. In the finance office, I felt pressured to buy extended warranty and the finance guy was just another salesman trying to make a dollar who wouldn’t take no for an answer. All in all I basically felt pressured the whole time and that I had to keep everyone at arms length because nobody seemed to come across as caring or concerned about the customer. More
