I have an issue with my Toyota Prius C. The tail lights leak water thought a seal in the tail light. This is a common issue on line when I posted it in the Toyota forums. I called Landers Toyota in Bentonville and was told that I need to bring it in to have it looked at. I asked if there would be a charge for telling me what I already know. they said its was 150 to take a look at it. I asked if there was something they could do since it was obviously a factory defect. Service said you have to bring it in. I told them you want me to bring it in so you can tell me what I already know and pay you 150 to do it and then be told there is nothing they can do but sell me an over priced new pair of tail lights. They said yes. I will never shop at Landers again. I have bought three vehicles from them and that will bit it. Service sucks. The last truck I bought the salesman lied to my face saying there was a 90 day warranty on the Used Tacoma I bought from them, then when I wanted them to loo k at something they said there was no warranty. I went and talked to the salesman and he said he had never said that. He lied to my face twice. I bought the truck in the time when used Tacomas with 50k were going for 30k. I paid 30k which was over priced but it was a hard time for buying cars but they really do not take care of you once they have your money IMO. More
Service center driver took all protective plastic and paper out of my car then got back into my car and moved it. His dirty feet were on my carpet because he took my weather tech floor mat out.
