My salesman was a great guy who was polite and patient but, seemed overly busy. As for your dealership's policies. Trying to charge customers a $140 "key and wash" fee is a very cheesy tactic. The 2019 truck I purchased from Landers only had one key and no fob. I was shocked that Lander's service department at the dealership couldn't provide me with a extra key and fob. Also, The oil filter was loose on the pick up that I purchased. I tightened it myself. I got a very good truck at a very fair price. I was very happy with the purchase itself but, its those little shortcomings that can be aggravating. More
