Same Kind of Average experience one again.. First off, why is it that only one person can check people in for a recall service? I first off had to wait for Jason to get back into the office in o First off, why is it that only one person can check people in for a recall service? I first off had to wait for Jason to get back into the office in order to check me in. As we finished the check-in process, I asked Jason how long the appointment should take and he advised me that it should only take an hour to an hour and a half. After almost 3 hours of sitting in the lobby, I decided that it was best to go and get an update (BECAUSE NO ONE HAD EVEN COME TO TRY AND FIND ME TO GIVE ME AN UPDATE & I SAW MY CAR ALMOST DRIVE INTO THE GARAGE & THEN TURN AROUND AND LEAVE). After I asked for an update, Jason advised me that he had a giant stack that were ready but he "hadn't had a chance to get around to them yet." So it's annoying, #1, that I don't get updates from your team (I've been at the service center before for 3+ hours and the service is consistently not the best at all). And #2, I find it frustrating that the lack of consistency is so appalling. Let me say this.. if I didn't live so close to this dealership, I'd get my car serviced at another Toyota option. More
