Worst Experience EVER If you are planning to come here and are working with your insurance company for the repair, don't come here. I purchased my car from this dealership If you are planning to come here and are working with your insurance company for the repair, don't come here. I purchased my car from this dealership last year and have been using them for regular maintenance ever since. When my car was hit by road debris, I was close to the dealership and brought my car straight there. After a diagnosis of a damaged radiator and condenser, accompanied with a $2300 quote for repairs, I decided to get my insurance company involved. Fast forward three weeks, when my insurance adjuster was finally able to get ahold of them, he was only ever given incomplete information. When I would call to try and get some kind of update, I would sit on hold for 30+ minutes only but forwarded to an answering machine. If I did get to talk to someone, I was promised that I would get a call back that day or the next. Out of all the times I called and left messages, I only ever got a call back ONCE, and that consisted of being assured that the person in charge of my case would call me the next day (which they did not). For two weeks, the adjuster and I tried to figure out what the hold up was but were given the runaround. At 3 weeks in, when I was actually able to talk with someone who knew what was happening with my car, all I was given was excuses as to why the delay was not his fault but no real explanation. I was then assured he would reach out to the adjuster and try to get things moving, and promised (again) that I would receive a call back (which I did not). At this point, the adjuster still hadn't received what he needed to move forward, and my rental (through my insurance) was about to expire, so I decided to move my business elsewhere. I understand that these are crazy times with COVID-19, which was why I tried not to be pushy (i.e., 3 weeks of no action), but I needed more than excuses. Needless to say, I will not be bringing my vehicle back here in the future. More
The service center at this dealership is the worst I have ever experienced. I had a terrible experience the first time where they screwed up the alignment of my car then said it wasn’t their fault even thoug ever experienced. I decided after a couple of years to give them another shot and now they have had my car for 4 days and I can’t get anyone to call me back. I have texted, called, left multiple messages and don’t know if is even being fixed. I suggest you go elsewhere for service, these people don’t know how to treat customers!! More

Overall experience with the service department was OK, that biggest issue is when you first walk in to one of the doors it's seperated into small rooms but no matter which door you go into nobody greets y that biggest issue is when you first walk in to one of the doors it's seperated into small rooms but no matter which door you go into nobody greets you and you're left standing there ackwardly wondering what to do. Even if you're standing in front of someone at a desk they don't look up and say they'll be with you in a minute, they just ignore you. Once someone finally acknowledges you they're super friendly and everything is smooth. My second issue is when they take your car back they mess with your car settings and don't change them back like turning my auto headlights off and maxing our my ac fan. More
