The customer service staff is always courteous, friendly, & helpful. The service provided has kept my car humming along. The only negative is that I've never been offered a vacuuming nor a car wash. Actual service was great and timely. Getting the car wash needs better coordination between staff as we were told one thing by one staff member and reprimanded by another for cutting in line.
