Steve Landers Toyota NWA is my go-to spot for ALL my auto service needs. They consistently deliver SUPERB customer service. In my recent visit, I was the one suggesting I may need to REPLACE a tire... when my Advisor gave HONEST feedback that all I needed was a PATCH - bcuz my tires were in great condition. Friendly, honest, efficient service. Always. Highly recommend! More

I had an OK experience. My first time I got bad service, went back and was able to find something. Used the same sales person by chance. I was given 3 different rates for financing, I'm not sure why it took went back and was able to find something. Used the same sales person by chance. I was given 3 different rates for financing, I'm not sure why it took 3 times for them to give me a fair offer. Also the first time I've bought a car and they didn't give me a full tank of gas. It's a small ask that goes a long way. Not thrilled with the overall service, but was still able to find something I liked. More
