Landers BEWARE!! My salesman was great but the finance manager is a CROOK!! If he pulled this scam in Missouri I would turn him and the dealership into the Attorney Ge My salesman was great but the finance manager is a CROOK!! If he pulled this scam in Missouri I would turn him and the dealership into the Attorney General for deceptive practices. He did not ask if I wanted an extended warranty he just added $8000 to the contract hoping I would not notice. Really $8000!!.then he said well don’t tell anyone but I will give it to you for $5000. I finally told him I never had paid more than $2800 for a warranty so he comes up with 36/36 warranty for $2780. I got back to MO and went to the Ford dealership and they said that was horrible!! I should have gotten 10 years 100000 miles for that money. I have canceled that warranty and I better see the money back soon. Will never buy anything from your dealership again and will let everybody I know how you do business. With social media word travels fast and far. Very Dissatisfied Former Customer. More

no complaints I was greeted upon arrival by a friendly young man who got my mileage and showed me into the building where a service writer greeted me and asked for I was greeted upon arrival by a friendly young man who got my mileage and showed me into the building where a service writer greeted me and asked for some information. She then showed me to the waiting area and informed me my service would take about an hour and there would be no charge. After about an hour, I received a text informing me my car was ready and a few seconds later a different service writer came up and told me the same thing. He escorted me to his desk and gave me all my paperwork and showed me where my car was parked. Everyone was friendly, polite and courteous. More
