A short time later, I had a pressure leak that was deemed irreparable by the service manager and that I should replace the one tire.. It could have been my Venza that had an oil leak after a routine oil change. I had to return twice before the particle (grain) was discovered preventing the gasket from sealing. The oil spot on my garage floor is my reminder. Most of the time your service is very good...but I look at that oil spot daily. More

I've learned my lesson and definitely won't be returning to this dealership for oil changes and other routine service, which is a shame because my prior experience here has been very positive. More
