Fantastic customer service from Juan Mason Jr, Marty, and especially from Kyle Maxwell. Only thing missing is the SIM card For the navigation and I anticipate no problems returning to get it. I bought a 2019 Tundra a couple weeks ago and saw it needed the lower covers behind the fog lamps in the fender wells. There was also a recall on the fuel pump. The salesman I was working with said he w needed the lower covers behind the fog lamps in the fender wells. There was also a recall on the fuel pump. The salesman I was working with said he would set up a loaner car on the day of my appointment, but he didn’t. Ended up not being a big deal because Seth Snyder was on top of it and got me a loaner as quick as he could. The service call itself was done faster than anticipated and they even made some adjustments to the covers to make them fit without rubbing. Service call itself was excellent. More
