The entry to the service center was not easily discernable. I walked around inside the dealership and service Dept area for a few minutes before anyone spoke to me. I drove into the wrong bay 2x because directions were not made clear enough. 3-4 service dept people were standing at a desk when I finally made it back inside to check in, but seemed too occupied to look up. The length of time of my vehicle maintenance and cleanliness of my vehicle afterward were great, though. More
