I have some issues with my credit and I'm currently paying things off and so this made it difficult for me to co-sign on a vehicle for my daughter, who is currently trying to establish credit for the f paying things off and so this made it difficult for me to co-sign on a vehicle for my daughter, who is currently trying to establish credit for the first time. NOBODY in the area made much effort to help me. Feeling let down and discouraged, I all but gave up when I went to Steve Landers. I worked with Manrique "Manny" and no matter how many times he told me we were approved, I didn't believe him and waited for the ball to drop telling us that we hit a road bump! After picking our vehicle and meeting with Kyle Maxwell, one of the finance managers, we signed papers and drove away in my daughters 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe Sport!! They will forever be my dealership and the best part is that it only took about 30 minutes of our time. We had issues with the vehicle shortly after driving off the lot, and long story short, the engine blew on her car, Steve Landers Toyota sent a tow truck to get it, kept us updated on the repairs and ate the cost! No joke, they ended up putting a new (used) engine into it and now 3 weeks later, we have her vehicle back and it's running beautifully!! The best part, they paid for all of it! They took care of us when we needed it the most and they gained our trust when nobody else would take the time out of their day for us! We will forever be grateful to Kyle and Manny for looking out for us and we will only buy our vehicles from Steve Landers Toyota! They take care of their customers and you will NOT be disappointed :) We are customers for life! More
