Eric Perkins was awesome. He patiently listened to what I asked or had to say. Originally, he checked inventory while off, and assured me my perfect Jeep was still available before we made an appointment sin asked or had to say. From the time I arrived at the Dealership until 8:30 that night, after "official" closing time, every thing was handled so professionally, so respectfully, and so thoroughly that I understood exactly what was happening. Never thought it could be so uncomplicated. I do not replace vehicles often, trading in a 2003 Jeep Wrangler (3rd Owner/drove 14 1/2 years/200,000+ miles) that I had not had time to clean up because never thought a deal could be completed in one visit. I LOVE my new Firecracker Red Jeep. It is exactly what I wanted and had searched for over 2 years. Every day I am using new options on it and first road trip to Great-Grandkids was fantastic....Easy access back seat for car seats and getting a 3 and 5 year old secured for trip to the parks (actually a couple of trips). All of my friends just say "WOW". Just before I drove off, Eric took picture of my Blue Jeep next to my Red Jeep for me to treasure forever. Dreams come true, and I look forward to lots of adventures with my Jeep. I even have plans for a road trip soon to stop by Dealership to express my appreciation. More
