I brought my Toyota Prius in for a "Brake" and "ABS" light. You ran diagnostics and told me I needed to replace the Master Cylinder and Booster at a cost of $3100.00. Bottom line - all it needed was s light. You ran diagnostics and told me I needed to replace the Master Cylinder and Booster at a cost of $3100.00. Bottom line - all it needed was some brake fluid added. This was my granddaughter's car with Colorado tags on it. I used to own it, but gave it to my granddaughter. When I owned it, you were pretty honest with me. But with Colorado tags on it, I think you were being quite so honest. Not sure why the technician didn't see that it was a little low on brake fluid. I no longer consider you a reputable dealer. I can't really blame the Service Advisor, so am giving him a middle of the road rating. I do blame the technician. I opted to look elsewhere and the "Brake" and "ABS" lights went out after adding some brake fluid. Saved myself $3100.00. Have driven the car for 2 weeks since adding brake fluid - still no "Brake" or "ABS" light. More

I didn’t feel like Toyota was taking care of me or trying to get me a good deal. I felt like I didn’t have any kind of buying power and I was basically held hostage to what I could get. Had a problem getting transportation for my vehicle sent to my home however, sales manage and Nigel accomplished the task and I was pleased with the transporter...hire him again as an independent his enclosed trailer was fantastic. Called Blair for help as she was the dealership customer service rep and she did not return my call. Overall great dealership. Thank you. More

I usually receive very good treatment at Landers. The Service Advisors are polite, upbeat and fairly knowledgeable. I turned around and returned. I was told that the light stayed on because my battery was defective. I went back to the battery place to have it rechecked. As it was a 3-yr warranty, they replaced it. Landers did NOT attempt to sell me a new battery, but simply told me the amount. I knew I had warranty so I opted out. The staff at this dealership is about always, helpful, professional and “sunny!” More
So I initially made my review a couple of days after purchasing my Volkswagen beetle from one in Landers Toyota everything was great at that moment… But since I’ve had a concern about the sound I’m hear purchasing my Volkswagen beetle from one in Landers Toyota everything was great at that moment… But since I’ve had a concern about the sound I’m hearing in the front of the vehicle and I texted my sales person won twice with no response… So I’m kind of getting the feeling that now I bought the car and that’s kind of the end of that for them… So that doesn’t make me happy I’m supposed to have a two month warranty I just was asking how to come in and let them look at what I think is going on but again no response so anyhow still love the car so far other then the noise that is bothering me in the right front tire and I need to find out what that is, but the sale itself was seamless it took a day not even much more than two hours of my time total and I have a vehicle so not everything was done exactly the way I wanted or did I get the payment that I actually wanted but it was close enough.. The only thing worrying me now is that I’m not getting a response to my inquiries so I guess we’ll see I’ll repost again… Stay tuned. More
