Great experience until signed the papers and left. Nightmare since. The cars AC has had issues (spent over $100 for it to get charged, new cabin filter, and it still doesn't work properly). They claimed they sent us the title but never received it. They want to wait longer to see if it shows up (been 3 plus weeks and still nothing). Now get to have a $25 late fee, and have to drive around with expired tags because of this mess. More
