Pretty good experience overall. Found a dent on the hood of my brand new car when I got home (750miles away). Salesman would not respond to emails or texts to help resolve issue. Someone from the dealership eventually responded after 2 weeks and agreed to partially reimburse my repair bill. On a side note, the dealership had driven the new (black) car through a brush-type car wash leaving scratches over the entire car. I had to have a 2-stage paint correction completed to remove the scratches which cost me $800. More
First level costumer service acted like my truck being serviced was an inconvenience to them. Every time I had a conversation with service center I would be mad until the service manager would call to explain issues. Once the truck was returned to me and my wife picked it up, service personnel asked if there were any questions. She asked questions and they were answered with I don’t know that. We ended up getting taken care of on every issue that came up but only after a service advisor would be minimally helpful or saying something unintelligent and acting like we were an inconvenience and an obstacle. More
