Sean Chase was an outstanding sales rep. Very transparent and thorough with the buying process. He find a 4Runner for my family 10 days before my target purchase date. I appreciated how he handled the sale (no pressure tactics, got me the best deal I could found and was very respectful and patient with all the extra time I took to evaluate the vehicle). Great experience that I have not had a other dealerships. The account manager Mr. Maxwell was also very straight forward with the added warranties (liked the thought process to explain pros and cons of each option). Very happy customer, will be buying my business and personal vehicles at this dealership (although we’re in Florida). Thank you all for making it easier for your customers in this time where buying a car is intimidating and frustrating. More
