While buying the car was a joy, we found out 5 years later that the 7-year warranty that he said we would get was actually a 5-year warranty. We had a minor problem with the car that was more than we co later that the 7-year warranty that he said we would get was actually a 5-year warranty. We had a minor problem with the car that was more than we could handle on our own and when I contacted Northwest Arkansas Toyota and explained and complained that we were misled, they decided to honor our understanding of what the warranty was and covered the cost. They also set up a place that we could have it repaired in Little Rock. The biggest problem was that the parts were not available for about 3 months but the service manager here kept us updated constantly. We appreciate her work. More
