Bought a used vehicle from them. It had a couple issues that needed fixed. Was told car is sold as is, but I told them I haven't purchased it yet and was negotiating. Test drove vehi It had a couple issues that needed fixed. Was told car is sold as is, but I told them I haven't purchased it yet and was negotiating. Test drove vehicle and found another issue. To my surprise, they fixed the issues without any hassle. I was reminded how much one issue cost a few times.(lol) I'm glad thier reputation mattered more than greed. I'll gladly refer people to them for a used vehicle. More

I don't think Landers Toyota NWA (like some other dealers) will gouge me for things not necessary to keep my 2013 Prius running great. We took advantage of the shuttle on our last visit. It was offered because if we wanted to wait in the lobby the next available appointment would be in the next week. Apparently, they don't want their customers to have to wait too long.
