I recommend staying away from this place. I believe they overdiagnosed a minor issue with my vehicle and recommended unnecessary repairs in order to turn a profit. I double-checked their work prior to going through with the service, and when I complained, the service rep treated me like an idiot for having trusted them to begin with. You should be working with someone you can trust, and these aren't those guys. More

Christian Zachary(158560) is my in take person when I bring my Subaru in for serivce, he is wonderful, professional and always takes extra time to makes sure all of my question I have are answered. We purchased a new 2017 Subaru Outback from Landers McLarty Subaru in 2017. Excellent buying experience. Since then, this is the only dealership that has serviced our Subaru. Service Lane Manager, Haley Glover goes above any expectations we may have to make sure everything is fixed, repaired, replaced, maintained, and working before she sends us off with a smile. When Haley isn't available, any of the other service reps will give you quality service. You won't find a better dealership for any of your car needs. They are definitely top notch when it comes to service. Plus, they treat us like family. P.S. This is our first Subaru, but won't be our last. Our Outback is a great car for carrying around two senior citizens and two Great Pyrenees. More

Almost $2000 in parts/labor have been spent thru my auto service contract (which cannot be renewed do to high costs against it) and the problem still exists for almost a year. More
