I leased a 2014 Subaru Outback from Landers McLarty Subaru and had a great experience. Dean and Deonte were my main contacts and they both went out of their way to get me at the price I wanted to be a Subaru and had a great experience. I'm an annoying customer and I know it, Deonte and I had about 70 emails back and forth with all of the questions I asked him. We worked out everything online so all I had to do was show up and sign for the vehicle. Actual time at the dealership was about an hour and a half and that included a detailed walk around and explanation of everything from Dean. Everything from their facility to the people that help you are there to ensure a great experience. I highly recommend Landers McLarty Subaru, they will work hard to make you happy without being pushy. More

This will be wonderful news for many: New car buying can be fun. . .even for women! We had already decided that we were going to get a 2014 Forester, and we knew the options and even the colors we would co be fun. . .even for women! We just had to find the right dealership. I contacted dealers in Georgia, Tennessee, and Alabama. Brian Klie delivered! We made the deal in a series of e-mails in which he thoroughly and directly responded to all my questions and concerns. We really liked our local dealership and salesperson, but in the end we had to go with Landers McCarty and Brian for price, timeliness, and responsiveness. Although Brian offered to deliver the car, we decided to go to Huntsville to finalize the deal. Good thing too! We decided while there that we really needed a second, economical car, and Brian made a great offer on an Impreza on the spot. I drove home in a great little car! My partner had to wait a few weeks for her custom-built Forester. She says, by the way, that it's the first time she's ever had a car that was a "destination in itself." As sales manager, Brian supported his staff by assigning the finalizing of the sales to Nicholas, an affable young man who, while still learning the ropes, was pleasant to work with. The only criticism I could give of the dealership is that the preparation of the first vehicle was incomplete and imprecise. I reported this to Brian, who immediately took it up with the appropriate department. They got the second one right, and I'll bet subsequent vehicles have been prepped more carefully also. I have already referred friends to Brian and will continue to do so with confidence that they will be treated with respect, transparency, and fairness. What more could you want in a dealership and sales manager? Oh, yes--I'll add the assurance that it IS to have fun buying a car! It's possible when you don't feel that you have to be on the defensive when you walk into the showroom. R-E-S-P-E-C-T is the word! More

My friend said this young man, Brandon Evans, would change my mind about car sales through dealerships. I contacted Mr.Evans and told him what I was searching for, it took him a couple of weeks, but he called me back with exactly what I wanted, he went out of his way to make certain the experience was a pleasant one and took very little time out my already busy life. When I decided more than a year later to add a Mini Cooper to my life I watched the Landers site until one that I felt fit the bill came along and again contacted Mr. Evans. I called him around 10 a.m. on a Sunday morning. I drove to the dealership from Decatur after we spoke, I was back home with new car in tow shortly past lunch time. Mr. Evans is both professional and personable and eager to work with any demand you have. He bent over backwards both purchases to make certain my personal demands on my time were taken into account. He is very direct and straightforward pointing out to me both pros and cons of both vehicle purchases I made. I never felt a high pressure sale being pushed down my throat. Just an honest young man eager to please his customer, both short term and for the long haul. During my last purchase he had several customers other than myself, he made certain that I was comfortable and checked on several times by his peers as I waited. Several of the several salesmen joined him as he handed over the car to me to help point out order of operations for lowering the convertible top, opening the trunk, removing the bike rack, each of them, all very knowledgable and very friendly and welcoming. I told Brandon that I was looking for a truck to haul my car and he got on the hunt immediately. Within a few days he had found several trucks that met my requirements. A week later I was pulling off the lot in my 2008 Dodge Ram 3500. Brandon was very helpful from the beginning to the end and he has even followed up to make sure everything is ok.
