Dear Customer, I apologize that you were not satisfied with your visit to our dealership. It is always our goal to provide an excellent experience for every customer. The reason we asked to see your keys was because we needed to check your VIN as well as the mileage of your vehicle. We use the same test drive route for all of our customers unless there are circumstances like traffic or weather. For safety reasons we will then ask customers to use the side road that runs next to our dealership. This is also the same road that we use when doing an inspection on possible trade ins. If this was not clearly explained to you I apologize. The moment we saw that one of your keys had fallen of we called you. There was no intention of taking any of your keys and we apologize if you feel that way. When it came to negotiation on the price of the vehicle you asked us to use your girlfriend's pre-approval amount of $21,000 because your credit was not available. The vehicle you were interested in was $28,000 and we were not able to lower the price of the vehicle any lower than we did. This left us with a $6,000 difference and you were not able to provide that. We always aim to find vehicles that are a fit for every customer no matter their credit limit, down payment availability, etc. Unfortunately, you were very clear on the vehicle you wanted and were not open to looking at more affordable options. We are glad you were able to find a vehicle that worked for your situation and hope that we can be of assistance in the future.
