I am blessed I was on my way to purchase a different car, from a different dealership, and decided that I just wanted to look at the Suburu Outback before I paid. I was on my way to purchase a different car, from a different dealership, and decided that I just wanted to look at the Suburu Outback before I paid. My mom and I looked up the local Suburu dealership, and headed out for a cursory overview. When we parked, Adrian Koby came out and greeted us, and was SO positive, even when I was snippy and fearful. I told him I was not here to buy a car, but wanted to look at an Outback, so he let me get my yacking out. Then, he revealed his genuine caring and knowledge. He asked me how I used my car, and what I really wanted (red, hot butt, and room for my dogs' crate). As he talked to me, I found myself sharing my difficult situation, both emotionally and financially, and he asked if he could show me other options that might work better for me. He spent time explaining what made Suburu unique, and what that might mean for me. We looked at several cars, and I found that the Forester really was better for my situation, and I agreed to a drive. Adrian When we got back, we asked for their "out the door" pricing, That is when we met Brian. He explained everything so clearly, that I felt completely at ease, and my every question was answered with honesty and transparency. I am a recently widowed woman, have a new job requiring travel, and need a reliable car with aftercare service, so he also explained the options for an extended warranty. Everything was detailed, and provided in writing. I felt safe and at ease with these two men, and they really changed my view of purchasing a vehicle. I drove my new Forester home that afternoon, confident that I had begun a new relationship with an honest and trustworthy team to take care of my transportation needs. More

I was expecting the usual hard sell one would normally experience in that situation. He was friendly and took his time answering my questions. I even told him I was just looking. Next thing I know, I was back at the dealership and was looking forward to speaking to Adrian again. No pressure, honest answers. This the second vehile purchased from this dealership and I would most definitely be back for my next purchase. More

We were in a hurry the first stop and just looking, Sarah Mcclellan realized this and did not try to force us inside or keep us at the dealership. When we wanted more information on the car she e-mailed it to us so we did not have to physically wait on it. The selling of the car was something like this "if you think this is a good time to buy a car and you want this one then we will help you, if you are not sure or want to wait that is ok and we would like to help you when you are ready if we have a car you are interested in". In the end my wife and I were very happy with the deal that we received. If you are looking for great service with no pressure this is a great dealership to visit. If you do your research and don't have unreasonable expectations then you will be very happy with this dealership. I have personally been researching online for a along time and was very happy with the out the door price and trade-in value I was given. I look forward to using this dealership for many years to come! More
Amazing Experience We visited Subaru on a random night right before the dealership closed and were greeted by a sales person who we now consider a friend, Sarah McClella We visited Subaru on a random night right before the dealership closed and were greeted by a sales person who we now consider a friend, Sarah McClellan. Sarah never rushed us or pushed us one time. Honestly, we were not planning to buy a car at all but have had such bad experiences at another dealership right down the road that we were blown away by the genuine manner that Sarah displayed. Sarah sent us all of the information that we requested, via e-mail...she never pushed us to come inside or asked us to speak with a manager. When the time came to purchase the vehicle there was no secretive conversation behind closed doors, the sales team talked to us and explained their side of the business vs. ours. We ended up getting the best deal we could find anywhere within the Southeast...it wasn't that we negotiated some amazing price, it was that this dealership is full of honest, good hearted people who obviously need to make money (like any business) but don't try to rip you off in the process. I would refer anyone I know to this dealership... My husband has already been back to the dealership to get an accessory installed and the lady he met in the waiting room told him that she never has to wait to get her car serviced, that she also got the best deal in the Southeast when she purchased her Subaru, and that she has never received consistent customer service like she has at Landers McClarty dealership. If you want an amazing car, an amazing experience, and a place that won't try to get you in a car the second you learn their name, then you should give them a shot. The manager, Deonte is awesome and will shoot you straight with a big ol' smile on his face! Who knew buying a car could be enjoyable...It was truly a "fun" and enjoyable experience for my husband and I. He is not driving the car he has always wanted without the hassle of trying to haggle and beg our way into a fair price. More
A Great Experience My Husband and I visited the Subaru dealership wanting to drive a Crosstrek. We were greeted by Sarah Mcclellan and she offered to show us around. S My Husband and I visited the Subaru dealership wanting to drive a Crosstrek. We were greeted by Sarah Mcclellan and she offered to show us around. She was so friendly and easy to work with. She let us drive the Crosstrek and then after spending a little time with us and hearing what we were looking for in a car, recommended that we also try driving a Forrester. This ended up being the best advice because in the end we decided to buy a Forrester. We loved it! Best of all, there was no pressure to buy. Sarah spent a long time with us, in the evening and even after hours, to let us look and poke around in several cars. She didn't seem hurried or bothered by our questions... and never once was there mention of 'let me get my sales manager' or 'what would it take to get you in a car today.' Honestly, my husband had long ago come to hate car dealerships for this very reason. But we were allowed to test drive what we wanted to and then were asked only for some contact information and were very politely allowed to leave without any kind of high pressure sales pitch. As we walked out, my husband said, "I could buy a car here." That's a HUGE compliment coming from him! I really do believe our experience that night, along with the quality and value of the Forrester, led us to come back and buy our new 2015 Forrester. The whole car-buying experience was wonderful and I cannot say enough good things about Sarah. She sent me a very nice email follow-up after our first visit and then bent over backwards to make sure we were happy with our purchasing experience... even surprising my husband with a Subaru license plate cover that he saw after the fact and really wanted for the car. Little touches like that make you feel like you are really being listened to and that people care. Also, I really appreciated the finance manager's attitude as we turned down extended warranties - again, no pressure applied to take those and make us feel bad if we didn't. It was all very professional and easy. It was nice to be taken out to see the service department and meet the employees there. Sarah also showed us all we needed to know about our new car. All in all, I would highly recommend this dealership as an excellent place to buy a new car. And I LOVE my new Subaru Forrester!! More

I live in Tennessee and had called every subaru dealer in TN and the surrounding states and no one gave me an amazing deal like Landers McClarty. All the other subaru dealerships were real jerks and that drove me away from their business. They were able to get the exact 2014 BRZ limited that I wanted from another dealer and even gave me a lower price than the original dealer that the car was at! Brandon Allen is super dope, he makes sure that you get a warm Alabama welcome and will take care of you the whole way through buying a car. I didn't have to haggle prices, I gave them the price I wanted to pay and they gave me a lower price than I expected because I told them I was military. If every car dealership were like Landers McClarty Subaru of Huntsville, then people would get the negative connotation with buying new cars at a dealer. From the time I first entered the dealership, Mr Deonte Sutton made it a priority to make me feel like a "special" customer. Specifically he introduced himself and proceeded to provide me details about the SUV that I was interested in purchasing. Mr Sutton's personality radiated a genuine concern to fulfill my requirement to purchase a vehicle that would satisfy my personal requirements. He advised me of the high quality characteristics of the vehicle and provided substantive explanation to justify his recommendations. Moreover, Mr Sutton aggressively "re-worked" an issue I had to change the state where I wanted to title my vehicle. He coordinated with me to ensure I was 100% satisfied and did not cease his efforts until it was changed. His extraordinary efforts have cleft a lasting impression that I will never forget. Without question, Mr Sutton provided the best car buying experience in my life--which is over 30 years of purchasing vehicles. I would strongly recommend anyone to see Mr Sutton and his team before they purchase a vehicle. I had looked at Subarus in Nashville, Birmingham and Atlanta...but none of these other Subaru dealerships provide the first class customer service that Mr Sutton provided. Also, I must mention the support provided by Mr Nicholas Greene as well. After purchasing the vehicle, I have returned to the dealership and Mr Greene has made it a point to provide a one on one tutorial on how to use the various electronic systems in the vehicle. Specifically, he has provided one on one attention to me on four different occasions. Mr Greene makes it a point to stop whatever he is doing to assist me. Without question, this is the most customer friendly dealership I have ever done business with. In summary, I would like to extend my sincere buying experience I gained from doing business with Mr Sutton and his team. I look forward to doing business in the future as well. More

The professionalism that Deonte, Al , Bill and Brian showed us through out the process stood in stark contrast to what we had experienced at another dealership. A good portion of the up front work was done by the internet and e mail, as we are two hours away from the dealership. When we arrived everything was ready for us and Deonte, Al and Bill made sure we were comfortable with the car and the process. There were no surprises and nothing high key about any of it.
