I have purchased many new autos over a 35 year period, and I must say that Deonte Sutton is the BEST sales manager I have ever dealt with. I have purchased 3 new cars from Deonte, and I must say he is the best, and the reason I keep coming back. Deonte always done what he says he will do, and you can take his word to the bank. He is a top professional and runs a very professional customer oriented Sales Department. My only wish is that Denote could sell other brands of vehicles too, as Subaru is not the only brand my family drives. The salesman Dean Hartley was great too. He even washed the last new car personally, because one of the detailers was out and he did not want us to have to wait. Can't say enough about how honest and wonderful Deonte and Dean are when dealing with customers. More

I have purchased 7 new cars and he was the Tops over them all. I stopped by about 6 months ago and asked for a brochure on the Subaru Forester in 2014. Danny ran inside for me, as it was a very cold day and got one immediately. Last week I was finally ready to buy and Danny was the first one to greet me in the showroom. he was so friendly and really knew his products. He did not show me anything I was not interested in and explained all the new features of the 2015 models. He was able to get me a 2015 Blue Forester as one was not available on the lot in the color/version we wanted in just one day. When it arrived he took on personal responsibility to ensure it was ready when my wife and I arrived to buy. He even explained all the features again to my wife. Adrian and Jody both listened to what we wanted in the car, made creative suggestions to satisfy our needs, and then Adrian worked up the sales package based on our description of our trade in and the features we wanted in either a late model used or new car. The day of sale experience was exactly what he said it would be, the numbers as he said they would be and the time spent getting the paper work finished was reasonable. We'll be back here. More
