He had me test drive multiple vehicles. Even when I wasn't satisfied with any of them, he offered to walk me through the build-your-own option Subaru has. The process started with a test drive of several different Subaru models before settling on the Outback. Our sales professional was Brandon Allen. He took the time to get to know us and our needs, plus made recommendations to us on his past customers experiences. His knowledge and expertise helped us tremendously, as this was the first Subaru for either my wife or me. After deciding on the model and options that we wanted, we ended up having to order the car we wanted. The car arrived earlier from the factory than expected and we picked up the vehicle. From the arrival at the dealership, financing, and the review of the options and how everything works, our experience was top notch. Outback Purchase April 16th,2016 Our salesperson, Heidi, was new very personable and professional. She listened to our concerns and needs in order to find us the right car for us. The previous owner of the vehicle we purchased did not turn in all the keys for the vehicle, so we requested an additional key and were told that we could purchase one for $300 and make an appointment to bring the car back to have a key programed, we were quite surprised by this. We have never purchased a car that only had one key. We usually have our car serviced at a private repair shop, because the dealership does not offer discounts or incentives for car owners to return for services. Although the customer service was very good, the delivery of the vehicle was weak. The car was not cleaned well and we only received one key. We did not feel as though our purchase was appreciated and like we had been rushed away without closure. We are happy with our vehicle and did receive what we felt was a good deal on our purchase. We have bought cars from Landers McLarty before and were impressed with the free additional services and the personal customer service follow up we received. Overall, our car purchase was a good experience and we will recommend Landers McLarty Subaru to others. More

I really appreciate his honesty, friendliness, and more important, his patience. I take a long, long time to make decisions and ask more questions than a 3 year old. Even after the sale, he is still answering questions. I would say that I will definitely use him when I buy my next Subaru, but I expect mine to last the rest of my life! It's my retirement car.
