I was looking for the front splitter guards that are used for shipping the vehicle. Apparently, after delivery, these guards are discarded. Jessica was very knowledgeable about the car and knew exactly what I was talking about. I asked her about getting a set and she placed me on hold and actually went to see if they had a set that had been taken off lying around in the shop. They did not have a set but I am very impressed that she took the time to do all that for a part that is generally thrown in the garbage. It is very refreshing, in this world of pass the buck to the next person so I can get along with my day, that Jessica took the time and gave that effort to help me out. Jessica should be commended for her actions. This may seem like a small detail but it is the small things that reflect the larger picture of what knid of dealership Landers is. JOB WELL DONE More
