Compared to other dealerships in the area, they somehow just seem to make the purchasing process more pleasant than the rest. Our recent purchase of a 2019 Outback Limited was equally hassle-free and smooth as any previous. It began with a fair, straight foreword trade-in offer by Nathan Hudson and fair and successful negotiations between us on the new car price. Richard Donaldson,our sales rep was more than competent processing our initial paper work, answering our questions, showing the new car and attending to the many details of a car purchase----all done in a friendly, helpful,and efficient manner. Bill Ladd handled the financing aspects of the purchase professionally in a friendly and thankfully expeditious manner. All in all a good buying experience. More

Exceptional! I contacted Jodie on line initially and she was very responsive. I told her I would be in Huntsville the next day (traveling from Tennessee) and whic I contacted Jodie on line initially and she was very responsive. I told her I would be in Huntsville the next day (traveling from Tennessee) and which car I was interested in seeing. When I arrived the car was pulled up and waiting for me! Great. When my husband and I walked into the showroom we were greeted by a man and woman and told that they were from Subaru and could offer us an additional $1,000 on our trade-in. Nice. We met with Al Hampton who let us test drive the car we had requested to see. After the test drive we asked to see the next step up from the Premium Crosstrek. We saw the Limited Crosstrek and were even more impressed. The negotiation went smoothly. Al was helpful and the service department was able to install a hitch for us the same day. Very nice experience. Al was great and followed up with a phone call a few days later. Thank you. More

I’m sure they are fine, but my experience was disappointing Richard, the salesman, was nice and helpful. I would recommend him. Steve, the financial guy, was very condescending. He ended up helping us out, but spoke down to us the whole time. After purchasing my vehicle, I walked out to a spot the size of a half dollar on the hood of my car that wasn’t visible earlier because it was raining and looked like bird poop. It was very disappointing . They said they would fix it at no cost, but I will have to return to Huntsville on a weekday, which will mean missing work and an overnight stay. More

Impreza It would have been five stars had the car been cleaned better and fluids had been filled. If I hadn’t checked the fluids you would have let me drive o It would have been five stars had the car been cleaned better and fluids had been filled. If I hadn’t checked the fluids you would have let me drive off which could have caused issues shortly afterwards. When I mentioned it to Richard he took it back to service. I still haven’t checked the oil level. It was an experience I didn’t expect. Which is why I don’t trust dealerships and is why I double check myself. I’m hoping when I bring the car in I won’t go through this. More
