Zach seems like a straightforward service rep, and was pleasant to deal with. No complaints with Zach, but the actual service techs doing the work are either new, inadequately trained, don't care, or a c pleasant to deal with. I feel bad that Zach and the other folks up front have to cover for the shoddy work that's being done here. Do NOT have tire work done here (replacing, balancing, rotating) or alignments. Either the equipment is out of calibration, or the techs are just that bad. They managed to gouge each of the wheels while NOT using the rubber cone required to do the balancing, and then balanced the tires incorrectly. First time around doing a preventative-maintenance alignment (more of a verification), they actually misaligned things. Who does that?!?! The tires were unevenly inflated, and one was actually over-inflated. After bringing the vehicle back the next day to try to resolve all this, another tech said two of the four new tires were bad and would have to be replaced. No indication that they were replaced, as I finally had to take the vehicle to another service center that specialized in tire work and they found the same two tires as being unbalanceable and out of specification. Zach said he would take care of refinishing the gouged wheels through a 3rd party shop. Good customer service, there. I'm not sure I'd trust this place to do an oil change. Even if you have a maintenance program with a new car purchase from this dealership, expect your vehicle to be worse off when you get it back. As for cost, the online cost for 4 new OE tires, mount and balance, retailer disposal fee, State disposal fund fee, tax, shop supplies, and alignment was over $200 less than what was totalled at the service counter. Zach found a few discounts to bring the cost closer to the advertised online price, but if you didn't know any better, you'll end up paying more. Online glitch or shady pricing practices? The waiting room is nice (although the energy-saving overhead lights go out every few minutes), and there's free coffee. So they have that going for them. More
