Best car buying experience of my life! I came to Landers McLarty Subaru on October 29th, 2019 to test drive the 2020 Subaru Forester. It was everything I wanted and more. This is the firs I came to Landers McLarty Subaru on October 29th, 2019 to test drive the 2020 Subaru Forester. It was everything I wanted and more. This is the first Subaru I have ever purchased and Richard Donaldson, Sales Professional, made the whole experience easy. I highly recommend this dealership and this Sales Professional for all your automotive needs. He, nor anyone else, acted pushy and didn't use any salesy tactics to get me to agree to anything I didn't want. In addition to that, my girlfriend came with and me and she was also treated with respect and included in the process. I've been to a lot of places where the salespeople focus on "the guy" and ignore "the girl" like she has no say. Happy to say no one was like that here at all. Thanks for a great buying experience! On my first visit I Bought my first Subaru from Landers-McLarty a couple of months ago. Excellent reception from all personnel, especially Bernie. On my first visit I drove one of my most dirty cars. As I was leaving, Bernie said..."when you come back, I will get that car washed"...Several days later we returned, I saw Bernie and said to him (jokingly).."here is my car to be washed"...and he did while we were completing the purchase of an Outback.. Great response on his part to a little pointed humor from me. Typical of Landers-McLarty personnel. I will see them again when I buy another vehicle. More

My 18 year old daughter saved long for her first car. It is a used car and she was very excited. This subaru dealership i dont believe even inspected the car when they got it on trade, weve been back so they could replace the windshield wiper motor right after we got it..we live in florence and they are in huntsville, they didnt offer to pay gas, also there were the things like, tires were all very low, oil was low, almost no wiper fluid or antifreeze and a light was out..just normal maint that cars usually get before a sale..overall very unhappy..our salesman i believe did his best, and was friendly and stayed in touch, that was the positive part! More
