Sarah at Landers McLarty Subaru was very professional and courteous to our needs. Even though we didn't buy a Subaru off the lot we did buy a used car from them. Even though it was not a Subaru, they treat courteous to our needs. Even though we didn't buy a Subaru off the lot we did buy a used car from them. Even though it was not a Subaru, they treated us like family and did not hassle us into buying one of their Fabulous Subaru's! The whole team was very accommodating with our needs and when there was an issue with the car, they went above and beyond to help to rectify the situation. These folks really know how to make a customer feel at home. They are not pushy, you make the decision and they work with you. You just cannot beat their people to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I received the first 2023 Subaru Outback received by the dealership. What a process, smooth as could be. We had to have our 2019 Legacy towed to Landers McLarty while on our way from Indianapolis to Orange Beach, Alabama. They started on the car first thing Monday morning. I was floored when they called abo while on our way from Indianapolis to Orange Beach, Alabama. They started on the car first thing Monday morning.
