New 2017 Blue Rogue Took my 2015 Red Nissan Rogue in for it's 20,000 mile service and while I waited I went out on the new car lot to look around. While, I had no int Took my 2015 Red Nissan Rogue in for it's 20,000 mile service and while I waited I went out on the new car lot to look around. While, I had no intention to trade my 2015 Rogue, I ended up doing so the next day after chatting with Mitch, a test drive and driving the car for the day! Mitch was helpful, accommodating and patient, as I worked through the details in my financial mind. I ended up getting an upgraded version of my Rogue so now I have leather seats, a navigation system and cool warning lights for the blind spots!! This is my 3rd Rogue and the first leased here in Huntsville as I moved here two years ago! I imagine my next vehicle will be a Nissan too! Especially if Mitch catches me looking at the new cars again! More

Krystal Rice ; Customer Service After my previous service person left, I was stuck trying to figure out what to do next. I spoke with Joe Johnson my salesman, wonderful salesperson; After my previous service person left, I was stuck trying to figure out what to do next. I spoke with Joe Johnson my salesman, wonderful salesperson; bought two vehicles from him, anyhow he gave me the names of two different people. I tried the first one and that didn't work out simply because the professionalism wasn't there. My first service person set the bar high for everybody else! I called Joe and he gave me a second name and it was Tykea's. I called her and she added me to her list of clients with no problem. When I say I was on my way out, I was not coming back to this particular dealership ever again! I told her who I dealt with the first time and how I expected the same service professionalism and the next person didn't meet my expectations. She assured me that it wouldn't happen again and when I say that Danny set the bar HIGH, she surpassed it! Anything I ask, she checks it out! I never have an issue with her and my appointments are very easy and straight to the point! As long as you have employees like her there, it would be my pleasure to keep doing business with you and bringing in new business! More

Service is very slow! After having my Altima's transmission replaced here about 2 months ago, it was still acting up. I called to make an appt and got one for 10:15 and was After having my Altima's transmission replaced here about 2 months ago, it was still acting up. I called to make an appt and got one for 10:15 and was told my car would be washed.After not hearing a word for 3 hours I called to be told that it hasn't even been looked at and they would call by 2:00 to let me know the status or if it's even been pulled back yet. I called and spoke with the manager bc that was ridiculous and they had it done that night so I could pick it up the following day. Got there to see my car was ready, but had not been washed and looked like someone spit dip on the side of it. I will not be doing by business here again and do not recommend them! Come to find out it was there fault I was having issues, bc they put a part on the wrong way after replacing the transmission in the first place. More
