This was the best experience with a service department I can remember. Danny is very personable, professional, and knowlegable. In fact, he went out of his way to assist me because I left my phone in my c can remember. Danny is very personable, professional, and knowlegable. In fact, he went out of his way to assist me because I left my phone in my car. Danny found the phone and had the shuttle driver deliver it to me on his next run. That may seem insignificant to some, but he offered to do that immediately and made sure to assist and prevent me being without my phone for too long. Thanks to the shuttle driver as well, even though I do not know his name. As far as the vehicle service, it was equally great. Danny called me to keep me informed let me know that they found the problem and were repairing it. The vehicle was ready sooner than I expected and the whole process could not have gone smoother. I recently brought my Nissan Maxima in to have 4 new tires mounted. I also wanted them to check to see if any of my rims were bad because I had been told by someone from a national chain oil changing p tires mounted. I also wanted them to check to see if any of my rims were bad because I had been told by someone from a national chain oil changing place that one was warped and making my wheel shake. My service personnel was Daniel Suski. He suggested an alignment because he said that might be making my wheel shake as well. He didn't push the service on me which was nice. He said they would check it and if it wasn't out of line, they would not charge me. The whole experience was a good one. Daniel maintained good communication with me throughout the whole process which I liked and appreciated. He washed my car and cleaned my rims which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely bring my Maxima back to this dealership the next time I need any service work done. I would gladly ask for Daniel again to be my service advisor. More

Salesman was good about arranging loaner for local transportation. Even came in early to make sure it happened. On-line service appointment and follow-up from dealership confirming the appointment w transportation. Even came in early to make sure it happened. Service staff was attentive, knowledgeable, helpful, and accomplished their work in a very timely manner. Based on this I would recommend them for Nissan related work. Workmanship on one of the items worked on during the visit left a little to be desired. Disappointed that two other issues to be fixed, couldn't be. Reason given " Couldn't duplicate the issues, and that's the way it is, is design/system issue Nissan aware of but they can't or won't fix." When I left the dealership, I did the "fix" for one of the issues the dealership recommended. The issues reappeared immediately . More
Do business with Landers McLarty Nissan in Huntsville at your own risk. I had them mount 4 new tires to my vehicle. In doing so they damaged all 4 wheels. They repaired the front wheels as the lips were scr your own risk. I had them mount 4 new tires to my vehicle. In doing so they damaged all 4 wheels. They repaired the front wheels as the lips were scratched during mounting. After washing the vehicle the first time after it was brought to their attention that every rear lug hole was damaged during dismount/mounting. Since I left and came back the Service Manager, Bill Masburn, would not repair the damage his shop did to my vehicle. Claimed I did it myself or another shop did it when in fact they were the only ones taking the wheels off the vehicle to do the work. Worst service department and even worse customer relations. This is not how you do business. Very dishonest. I had to bring the damages to their attention when picking up the vehicle. More
