Worked with Brian on 7/22/23. Only sticking point on the sale was the lack of a 2nd key fob & key. He said he would get one. After about 2 weeks my wife & I began to text about the key fob. Brian & his wife said they were still working on it. Finally on 9/2 Brian advised he had a fob & key. I picked up the fob & key. Then today I took this key fob & key to have it programmed & key cut at a local Dodge Jeep dealership. They advised the fob could not be re-programmed and the key could not be adapted. Now I am having to buy a new fob & key. If they weren't going to get a legit fob & key they should have just said so & not promised what they couldn't or wouldn't deliver. Stay away from Brian G! I did not have any contact with anyone outside of Brian & his wife Stephanie. More

I had recently been online searching for a specific vehicle and I found one at this dealership. I called and spoke with Bug and he gave me information about the vehicle I was interested in. My husband vehicle and I found one at this dealership. I called and spoke with Bug and he gave me information about the vehicle I was interested in. My husband and I couldn’t make it to the dealership for at least a week because of work schedules and because we lived in a different state. After talking with Bug again we found out that they have drivers that would bring the vehicle to us and let us test drive it. We test drove it and loved it and we decided to purchase it. Bug and Austin took care of all of the details the next day and their driver, Bama, brought it back to us the next day along with the paperwork for us to sign. This was without a doubt the easiest purchase of a car we’ve ever had and it was a great experience! Also, in our past experiences after we have bought a car from a dealership it has often been hard to reach the salesman or manager that you dealt with to ask questions but that is certainly not the case here- Bug and Austin have texted and called us back as quickly with answers as they did before we purchased the car.
