Ran hard credit check without my permission I went in to buy a late model low mileage F150 they took my information down which was only to be used if they had a vehicle I wanted to seriously con I went in to buy a late model low mileage F150 they took my information down which was only to be used if they had a vehicle I wanted to seriously consider buying after the info then they did not even have a vehicle that fit my criteria to look at so I left I was in there maybe 15 min ok week later got notice on my phone that my credit score had dropped 11 points and when I checked to see what caused it Landers mclardy had did the hard credit check and I didn't even look at a truck there I called credit bureau and they said Landers could do a deletion I called three times and sales manager would not return my call so I called credit bureau again they gave me a number to call I did and guy answered and when I explained to him what had happened he said he would see what he could do to help but never got back with me so basically they are not a customer friendly dealership I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYBODY TO DO BUSSINESS WITH THEM More

Van oil change I went in for an oil change with mailer advertising synthetic oil change for $29. Since I had a discount card for $20 off next service which I had rec I went in for an oil change with mailer advertising synthetic oil change for $29. Since I had a discount card for $20 off next service which I had received in February when I had some repairs made, I was expecting to get the service completed for about $9 after using discount. However, when my vehicle was ready and I went to pay, I was informed I could not use the discount on the advertised special. If I wanted to use the discount, the service was full price of $39, which ended up being $23 after the $20 discount deduction and taxes/fees added. Also, as a draw, on the mailer, there is a scratch off spot for extra "rewards", but you can't use that with any other discount or advertised price. Why even put it in the ad if you're not going to let customers use it. More
