Great customer service I had shopped for my truck at two other dealerships. I had very specific requests for my truck so it had to be brought in from another dealership. I talked with a salesman (who by the way tried to helpful) at another dealership. However, when I got there I was handed off to a young salesman. They all seemed too busy to deal with me. When they finally came to me with the offer, I told them they were not where I needed to be. The sales manager came out and was very rude and said that was the deal, take it or leave it. So I left it. I am so glad I did. Megan and the rest of the staff at Landers McClarty in Fort Payne made me feel that I was important to them. I almost felt as if I was their only customer. When they brought me their offer I told them it was not where I needed to be. They came back shortly with the exact offer I was looking for. I will definitely visit them again the future. My husband and I trade our vehicles every three years or so. More

And as for a person with a s credit score of 800. You dont have to hit their credit 10 times. So as for buying anything else from them. It will never happen.
