Used car salesman or used car salesman bad bad experience I will never go back. I was told many times this was a great car ready to go had it for one day check engine light came on had it for 2 days on my con I will never go back. I was told many times this was a great car ready to go had it for one day check engine light came on had it for 2 days on my convertible and the back glass cracked I was also cold that they would fix the oil leak I found out that oil leak is going to cost bright under $800 salesman said no problem we'll take care of it manager says no. Great service! I found there was a recall on my 2005 Ford Five Hundred door latch. Called and spoke with Thor in the Service Department. He was great! Ordered my par I found there was a recall on my 2005 Ford Five Hundred door latch. Called and spoke with Thor in the Service Department. He was great! Ordered my parts, set my appointment and did the follow-up. They did a check on all points while my car was there: tires, brakes, lights, fluids and more for no additional charge. (no charge on recall) Then like icing on a cake, I found a Christmas thank you card in my car from Thor and his department. Wow! Makes me want to go back. Thank you Landers McLarty Ford. I was even pressured to purchase a new vehicle :) More
