Service department has taken a nose dive The service department at this dealership used to be top-notch. Not sure if management changed or what but I see many new faces and the service is now The service department at this dealership used to be top-notch. Not sure if management changed or what but I see many new faces and the service is nowhere near what it was. My wife was there for 4 hours for a simple oil change a couple of days ago and I have been waiting now on an oil change for well over an hour. This will be my last visit to this place. It's a shame. I have used this service department for almost 10 years. Can't do it anymore. The guy that checked me in was rude and acts like he hates his job. More
I Always have been given good service A headlight was out, so I brought my Jeep in to replace the bulb and got them to change the other one also and I went ahead and had some other service A headlight was out, so I brought my Jeep in to replace the bulb and got them to change the other one also and I went ahead and had some other services done that were coming up due. They even washed my Jeep. Was taken care of, they gave me a ride to work and then picked me back up. Have never had a bad experience with Landers. Have been using their services since 2006. Will continue to shop there. More

2013 RAM 3500 Surprise Well, I'm one of those customers most service departments hate to see walk in. I build show cars, restore muscle cars and built a couple od drag cars Well, I'm one of those customers most service departments hate to see walk in. I build show cars, restore muscle cars and built a couple od drag cars over the past 45 years as a hobby. I know just enough about every aspect of mechanics and electronics to be dangerous. I say that smiling. My dad was a mechanical engineer and built rockets all his life and I'm a software engineer for NASA. So, what I don't know, I want to know and learn. I just bought a 3500 from out west and drove it back with a list of problems. I was very apprehensive to take it to the dealership, as I typically don't trust anyone to do work on anything I own. But this 3500 is a beast with electronics running everything and that requires a specialized computer diagnostic system. Also, some of the parts are still under warranty. Back to the point. Bree and Matt were awesome. They addressed everything and also did an inspection and found exactly the same things I had observed and their recommendations were spot on. So, my hat is off to these folks and I will recommend them and use them. More
