Chris, the Technician, took time to personally explain the problems and repairs that he had completed. He also went for a test drive with me to ensure things were functioning correctly. Derek, the Service Manager, provided assistance in ensuring that my vehicle was promptly scheduled for service and followed up daily on the progress of the service. While my vehicle's problem was an electrical gremlin they all stayed on top of things and got the repairs completed in a timely manner. More

Not Always Perfect, but Customer Sewrvice makes up for it I have had my Jeep in the service department several times. 95% of the time everything goes fine, from oil changes to warranty repair work to lift wor I have had my Jeep in the service department several times. 95% of the time everything goes fine, from oil changes to warranty repair work to lift work etc etc. In the 5% time that it isn't perfect, Derek Smith goes out of his way to "fix" it or make sure I am happy all together. At the time when I am frustrated about it, of course I do not see it that way, but in the end I am more than taking care of by Derek and everyone else at LMDCJ. With that, there is no where else I take my Jeeps to other than them. Heck I haven't ever in my life been anywhere that doesn't make some kind of a mistake, but their customer service is above all and more than makes up for it. More
