Absolutely horrible - I have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler JL with less than 14000 miles on it that is having multiple code failures and engine misfires. I dropped it off and was told it would take 48 hours to get di less than 14000 miles on it that is having multiple code failures and engine misfires. I dropped it off and was told it would take 48 hours to get diagnostics ran. It has now been 6 days and I still don't have diagnostics ran and it hasn't even been assigned to a mechanic. My service advisor told me is had been assigned, then he was out today and I was told by another, when I called to check in on it as requested, that it had not been assigned to a mechanic. Just trying to get warranty work done and they are either incompetent or untruthful. 1 year old Jeep cannot even be driven. Thank you Landers. More
Hannah Mann has been my service advisor since I bought my truck in November of 2019. I have had my Ram back a few times for some warranty issues and oil changes. Each time I call, Hannah takes the time to truck in November of 2019. I have had my Ram back a few times for some warranty issues and oil changes. Each time I call, Hannah takes the time to see what is going on and answer any questions I may have. When I arrive at the service lane, she always greets me with a smile and makes sure I am taken care of. Hannah is top notch and by far the best service advisor I have dealt with. More
I would give them a zero if possible!! They have had my car since August. I have had to chase them every 5 days for an update on my car. They will not call me back I've asked a manager to call me back and car since August. I have had to chase them every 5 days for an update on my car. They told me that they did when he first called me back on September 1st. they're telling me there's nothing wrong and they can't duplicate my transmission problem yet every single person who has borrowed my car has brought it back because they say it's unsafe and the transmission is not functioning properly so clearly they have not driven this car because you don't even have to get out of the parking lot to have the transmission slip. these are the most disrespectful and rude people I have ever dealt with and I will never go back. Take your car anywhere else but don't take it to this facility. More

I dropped car off around 8am on Friday morn explaining I bought car in Nashville where I **ZERO STARS IF IT WAS AN OPTION** The Service is terrible. I dropped car off around 8am on Friday morn explaining I bought car in Nashville where I currently reside. Check engine light is on while on my way to Alabama. Called back around noon for an update and was told they just took car back and starting diagnostic testing. Called back around 4:30pm (since no update) and told still testing and would give me a call back. "Service Advisor" calls back shortly after 5 advising the tech would not be able to finish and if I could leave overnite and keep the loaner vehicle another day. I agreed and went to grab a few personal items out of car. While there, I inquire on what testing or results were found thus far... Well the tech haven't started on my car but it's his first car in the morning. (So she basically lied when I called around noon) Saturday morning I call around 11am as I have not heard anything. I was told they are doing smoke test which takes about an hour. I call back around 2:30 as they close at 4pm on Sat to find out the tech assigned to my car was pulled to another car to do a fuel pump!! So she calls back around 3:45 with good news and bad news... Another tech checked it out and found problem, but part not in stock and would take about 2 business days. Good news, It wont cost be anything because it's under warranty. Hmmm that isn't good news as I already knew it would be covered. I bought the car a week and a half ago. I did not have time to go oick up car before shop closed at 4pm. End of story I took off of work and picked up my car Monday and came back to Nashville's Chrysler dealership. They ordered part and will schedule an appt when it comes in or next day (whichever is best for me). I will never do business, refer, recommend or suggest anyone dealing with Landers McLarty. Time wasted and very disappointed. More
