Just wanted to thank the Landers McLarty Jeep service department and my service advisor Hannah Mann. Hannah has taken every opportunity to improve the customer service relationship while balancing and pr department and my service advisor Hannah Mann. Hannah has taken every opportunity to improve the customer service relationship while balancing and protecting the interests of both FCA and the customer. She has on several occasions worked with various in house and FCA contacts to ensure my questions are answered, my issues are resolved, and my warranties are in order. She has been in my opinion up front with me when presenting good news or bad, and has told me in some cases she needed to talk to a manager or technical expert to be sure she had a rock solid answer or estimate. She has met or improved her timelines for service completion to date within her capabilities and is always upbeat and approachable. No one enjoys going back and forth to the service department for issues or even scheduled maintenance but Hannah seems to always make the process as painless as possible and stays in touch on updates and pickup times and reviews the work performed and recommends related auxiliary services that can improve performance or extend the vehicles service life. I hope Hannah chooses to remain at this dealership as I have become confident in her as my service advisor and reliant on her to resolve any issues or schedule maintenance.. Although the entire staff seem focused and helpful, I would highly recommend Hannah Mann for her demonstrated focus and follow-through.. More

Absolutely horrible - I have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler JL with less than 14000 miles on it that is having multiple code failures and engine misfires. I dropped it off and was told it would take 48 hours to get di less than 14000 miles on it that is having multiple code failures and engine misfires. I dropped it off and was told it would take 48 hours to get diagnostics ran. It has now been 6 days and I still don't have diagnostics ran and it hasn't even been assigned to a mechanic. My service advisor told me is had been assigned, then he was out today and I was told by another, when I called to check in on it as requested, that it had not been assigned to a mechanic. Just trying to get warranty work done and they are either incompetent or untruthful. 1 year old Jeep cannot even be driven. Thank you Landers. More
Hannah Mann has been my service advisor since I bought my truck in November of 2019. I have had my Ram back a few times for some warranty issues and oil changes. Each time I call, Hannah takes the time to see what is going on and answer any questions I may have. When I arrive at the service lane, she always greets me with a smile and makes sure I am taken care of. Hannah is top notch and by far the best service advisor I have dealt with. More
I would give them a zero if possible!! They have had my car since August. I have had to chase them every 5 days for an update on my car. They will not call me back I've asked a manager to call me back and car since August. I have had to chase them every 5 days for an update on my car. They told me that they did when he first called me back on September 1st. they're telling me there's nothing wrong and they can't duplicate my transmission problem yet every single person who has borrowed my car has brought it back because they say it's unsafe and the transmission is not functioning properly so clearly they have not driven this car because you don't even have to get out of the parking lot to have the transmission slip. these are the most disrespectful and rude people I have ever dealt with and I will never go back. Take your car anywhere else but don't take it to this facility. More
