The repair was done expertly the first time and i know i can trust these folks to help me in the future. The repair was also about half what i would have been charged in Georgia in my hometown. Keeping me informed while I waited for my vehicles was very important and helpful. Ms. Gilley would update me on the progress and would come to me with suggestion/questions on items/services I might need or want to have done to my vehicles to help with the vehicles performance. It’s important to let those with whom you do business know that you notice, and appreciate superior customer service. Most of us would have to admit that we’ve had our share of mediocre service from companies in the past. Now keep in mind I have always been pleased with the service I’ve receive from all Landers McLarty employees, they have all been great. However, Ms. Meredith Gilley’s professionalism and ability to ensure I was taken care of throughout my wait exceeded my expectations on those extremely cold early mornings and sometime I just want to acknowledge her attentiveness.
