Henry was an extremely patient Sales Consultant that responded to additional information requests multiple times over a 2 week period. He answered my daughter's questions, my questions, and my husbands questions - all with a smile. My daughter has had several cars; however, she has never been a part of the actual purchase process. This was a great first experience. Also, we really liked the Finance Manager as well! Mr. Anthony Pickett was also patient and explained every single piece of the paperwork to my daughter as he placed them in front of her. She had multiple questions and he answered them all with a smile. All around great experience. And... a very nice vehicle for my daughter's new adventure in the snow of the Northeast! Derek Smith, in the service department, was very professional and took good care of us. John, the courtesy car driver was very personable and he helped us get acquainted with an easy way to get to our home. The courtesy car that took us home and came to get us when the car was finished a day later was a pleasant surprise. Since our Chrysler is the only car we have at this point, it was a very welcome service. More
