Problem Solved After visiting with the dealership and was told that my car problem was not covered under warranty, I argued my belief that the problem should be. Aft After visiting with the dealership and was told that my car problem was not covered under warranty, I argued my belief that the problem should be. After reviewing the Powertrain warranty the throttle body is not under warranty and I still believe that it should be. However the Service Manager reached out to me to take care of this problem. It goes a long way to show great customer service to help take care of a customer that was ready to walk away from this Dealership and manufacturer all together. Thanks for taking care of my issue. When we had a difficult care repair with them, and some communication issues, the Service Manager went out of his way to try and resolve our issues. We were concerned that our repair was overly expensive, took too long, and we felt we were not treated with understanding or concern or had good communication with our service representative.
