Julie, you rock! It was my first time to go to a dealership and test drive a vehicle. I made an appointment with Julie Gallow to test drive 2 pre-owned Chrysler T&C vans. Julie was engaging, friendly, professional and made the experience far less intimidating than I would have imagined it could be. She was well prepared, had all the information I needed for both vehicles. As a result, I bought the vehicle for which I'd been searching: a 2015 Chrysler T&C Platinum van! Don Alexandria explained the warranty possibilities and I wound up purchasing one for my pre-owned van. Gave me peace of mind and, essentially, a new car (at far less than new price!) Enjoyed visiting with Don and left feeling I'd met a friend The van is amazing and the follow up from Julie since my purchase has been amazing, too. Well worth the drive from Mentone to Huntsville! The next day while he was in a mandatory training session for team building. He transfered my file to a more than capable team member to keep me moving toward the truck purchase dream. I think he thinks I forgot about him but I didn't. He is a credit to his profession* But why ? Well a man that allows intervention through trust of his co workers is a man that should be commended by his manager. You should never stop the progression of a sale ( Customer gives money Dealer makes money both have what they need now and into the future it's a win win plus a WoW) .You must drive appropriate time management, avoidence of long delays ,( CART ) customer alternative response teams ,( Get it done ) Drive the deal * It doesn't have to be driven by you if the people around you are dialed into the team concept.
