She was so down to earth and willing to talk about what suited ME (not just want they wanted to sell or something). I looked around at other dealer prices thinking I could beat theirs... I was wrong! They gave me the best deal and exactly what I wanted in a Jeep. I am so proud of my new baby! First set of new wheels ever, and I feel like I made a great decision. During the process, I decided I needed a tow package (it's a jeep - duh!), and they were happy to put that on. Zack worked endlessly with his team trying to get that tow package on. He was working without diagrams (thanks jeep??), down two men, and on a rushed schedule. He accomplished it in just a few days even through all that. When I told Joe that I needed wheels ASAP, he got me in a Jeep that day. It was a great experience overall. That was an experience hard to beat. Thank you all! More
