Latayvn was very professional and personable! I contacted him via social media and he kept me updated throughout the whole process as I did not want to come into the dealership until I was sure that I was le him via social media and he kept me updated throughout the whole process as I did not want to come into the dealership until I was sure that I was leaving with a new vehicle. He located the exact car I wanted down to the color, features, and even the rims/wheels. The whole process literally took 2 business days and the second day I left with my new 2021 Jeep Compass. He’s definitely a man of his word as he contacted me whenever he said he would and even had his manager and finance department reach out to me to make the transaction go smoothly. Literally everything was worked out before I arrived to the dealership, only thing I had to do was sign my signature and get my keys! Absolutely horrible - I have a 2019 Jeep Wrangler JL with less than 14000 miles on it that is having multiple code failures and engine misfires. I dropped it off and was told it would take 48 hours to get diagnostics ran. It has now been 6 days and I still don't have diagnostics ran and it hasn't even been assigned to a mechanic. My service advisor told me is had been assigned, then he was out today and I was told by another, when I called to check in on it as requested, that it had not been assigned to a mechanic. Just trying to get warranty work done and they are either incompetent or untruthful. 1 year old Jeep cannot even be driven. Thank you Landers. More
